Payment & Delivery Information

We are able to supply most parts from available stock on a next day basis. Parts that are not immediately available can be placed on order and we will advise you as soon as we can source them.

For International customers we offer two services depending on the designation and the weight of the parts. For smaller items we use Air Mail either standard delivery, or for a small extra charge Swift Air.

For heavier and bulky items we despatch by TNT International Courier. There are two options again on this service, either Economy Express (usually 4-5 days to most locations) or Global Express (usually 2-3 days).

Parts to be delivered within the UK are either sent by Royal Mail first class post, or by ANC parcel carrier. The customer has the option of next day or two day service.

Unless the customer has an authorised credit account with our company, all parts must be paid for in full prior to despatch. We accept most credit and debit cards, UK cheques and International bank transfers.

If by any small chance the parts you ordered are incorrect, providing you return them in the condition they were originally despatched we will be happy to offer a full refund.
